Molinari's Culinary is a personal chef service that specializes in weekly meal replacement. Creating new dinner menus every week, the service provides spare time for customers that are on the go but still want a healthy dinner option and not rely on take-out.
Started in 2005, Molinari's Culinary has the unique combination of years of restaurant experience, being a classically trained chef, and two decades in working one-on-one with customers.
Private dinners and small to medium-sized catering events are also provided as part of the service.
How it Works
Meal Replacement
Each week I send out a new menu--based around dinner--of 5 items via email and social media for you to review and make your selections. You can choose between 2 or up to 5 of the items presented, send me your order and I will prepare everything to your specifications. Your prepared meals are labeled with instructions on how to best reheat them. Meals are prepped on Monday and Tuesday and delivery is completed on Wednesday.
In-home Events
Both catered and smaller in-home dinners start with their respective seasonal menus that you can pick and choose from. We will consult on meal specifics, the number of guests, style of service, and if there are any allergies with your guests. Once the menu is finalized, a quote will be sent over and once accepted, we are on our way to a great time in the comfort of your own home.
